Service was excellent. I had the lighter fare shrimp basket and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside. Tender on the i

The food was excellent, the price reasonable. The service was friendly and speedy.. The serving size satisfied my husband, while I was only able to eat half of mine. The restaurant is tucked into a little strip mall so you do not expect it to be as inviting and friendly as it is.

Always fresh seafood, and great oysters Bar tenders are friendly and accommodating Not sure what more I can say.

Food was amazing!! Some of the best seafood I've had! High recommend! Service was friendly and quick!

Friendly hostess welcomed us and seated us in a booth at our request. A large menu with lots of choices. Meat, Fowl and Seafood galore. Soups, salads and desserts a plenty. Our waitress, Kate, was friendly and fun. She knew the menu inside out and answered our questions. I ordered a Grouper sandwich with roasted red potatoes as a side. Both were sensational and the Cole Slaw was the best I have ever eaten, anywhere. A nautical motif and a big bar with 10 or more major tvs, all on, with sound fairly muted. Excellent Key Lime pie for dessert. All for what is a reasonable price these days. In the New Smyrna Beach area? DO NOT miss this. Conveniently located in the Publix/Beall's Plaza on Third Ave

One of the best seafood restaurants in New Smyrna Beach. Service was excellent. Blackened grouper is fantastic.

Food 4.5 Service 4 Ambiance 3.5 When we first entered, the 3 hostesses did not have it together. Maybe they were being trained but it was a mess. We requested a booth and were told a 10-15 minute wait. Although it was a shorter wait when we came up there the hostesses said there wasn't a booth available and is it ok for a high top. What was the point of asking us our preference in the first place. Our waitress wasn't friendly per se but she was on top of things and I prefer that. I didn't like the first drink I ordered (Banana Bread Old Fashioned) and she immediately remedied it and I ordered a Moscow Mule instead. She checked on it when it hadn't come in a timely fashion and made sure I got it and apologized for the wait since the bar was slammed. We ordered a dozen oysters and they were FRESH! I should've ordered a dozen more! I encountered a little shell but it comes with the territory of eating oysters. I ordered Otherside Tuna and enjoyed it. It was like a deconstructed seared tuna sushi salad without rice. We ordered the Combo Platter for each of us and that was a great deal for all the food and once again, everything tasted fresh! The fried seafood was bland but the sauces made up for the taste. It seems like the tartar sauce is house made and it's really good! I would come back because the seafood is so fresh!

Remember being told not to judge a book by it's cover? Well don't judge a seafood place for being in a strip mall. This place does seafood right! We stopped in after hearing this was THE place for oysters. We decided to be adventurous and try a bunch of stuff. We had: - A dozen oysters (from Texas that night) - 2 Lbs of snow crab legs - A Creole boil with shrimp and crawfish - A seared Ahi tuna dish - The Thai chili ribs - Some cheesy fries Dang. They hit it out of the park with just about all of it! The oysters were fresh, delicious and perfectly balanced. The snow crab legs were hot and served with plenty of drawn butter. The boil was good (a tad underseasoned if anything). The tuna was perfectly rare. The Thai ribs were a revelation - so delicious! The fries were your standard cheesy bacon fries, but were good. Let's just say that there might have been a few fries left, but nothing else survived! It was a great meal.

Highly highly highly recommend this place! Service is top notch, great drink selection , awesome oysters!! A tad small BUT very fresh and clean Virginia oysters. Didn't hit one of the oyster special nights do they are $2 a pop. We also got the calamari and the crab and shrimp dip. That is awesome!!! Very good amount of fries for the price too! I see another night or two eating here during our week vacation.

Came to OTH with my family for a casual dinner with lots of seafood. I really liked the casual decor with plenty of TVs for sports ( and not a super loud volume). We jumped into the oysters Rockefeller and raw bar shrimp followed by plenty of mains to share : the grouper Reuben, shrimp Po boy and the shrimp basket accompanied by fries and Slaw . Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was super friendly . This place was great and very very reasonable as well !! Great pick for seafood in New Smyrna !
